btk77 Responsible Gaming — Your Protection Is Our Priority
Enjoy gaming safely and within your limits. btk77 gives you all the tools you need to stay informed, manage your gaming habits, and get help if problems arise.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
At btk77, we believe gaming is an enjoyable form of entertainment — but it must always be enjoyed responsibly. Ensuring a safe, transparent, and fair environment for players in Bangladesh is our core responsibility.
When gaming becomes uncontrolled, it can have a negative impact on personal, family, and financial life. That is why we are committed to keeping every player informed and providing support when needed. Our platform includes several protective tools such as deposit limits, self-exclusion, and time-out.
Only individuals aged 21 or above may game on btk77. Opening an account or playing games by minors is strictly prohibited.
You must be 21 years of age or older to game on btk77. We may request your ID card or relevant documents for age verification. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately.
Our Protective Tools
btk77 provides the following tools to help you stay in control of your gaming. Any of these can be activated at any time from your account settings.
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Reducing your limit takes effect immediately. A 24-hour cooling-off period applies when increasing it.
Time-Out Feature
If you want to take a temporary break, activate a time-out for anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this period, logging in or playing games on your account will not be possible.
Self-Exclusion
Choose self-exclusion for a longer break. Your account can be deactivated for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Once activated, it cannot be cancelled without going through support.
Betting Limit
Set an upper limit on how much you bet in each session. This helps you avoid overspending and enjoy gaming within your budget.
Reality Check
See reminders on screen at set intervals — a summary of how long you have been playing and how much you have spent. This helps you continue gaming with awareness.
Account Security
Use a strong password to keep your account secure. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact support immediately. Your information is always protected with SSL encryption.
