4. Account Security

Single Account Policy

btk77 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The terms for receiving and using this bonus are:
- Wagering requirement: 20x (meaning you must wager 20 times the bonus amount).
- Withdrawals are not permitted while a bonus is active.
- Bonus usage period: within 30 days of activation.
- The same individual, household, device or IP address may not claim the bonus more than once.
VIP Cashback Program
The btk77 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
The rules for changing VIP tiers and the method for calculating cashback are published separately. btk77 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.
Bonus Abuse
Any of the following activities will be considered bonus abuse and the bonus will be forfeited:
- The same individual claiming bonuses from multiple accounts
- Attempting to withdraw a bonus by applying risk-free betting strategies
- Claiming a bonus using false information
- Coordinating with other players to exploit bonuses
7. Betting Rules
General Betting Terms
The following rules must be followed when placing bets at btk77:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- btk77 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
- Displayed odds are subject to change and the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed will apply.
- Winnings resulting from a system error are not automatically valid.
Special Sports Betting Terms
For cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA, European leagues) and other sports betting:
- If a match is abandoned or incomplete, settlement will follow the sports betting policy.
- Bets placed due to delayed connection in live betting may be cancelled.
- If evidence of match fixing or irregularity is found, the relevant bets will be cancelled.
- Results recognised by ICC or FIFA will be considered final.
8. Prohibited Activities
Fraudulent Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btk77 platform:
- Interfering with the gaming system using hacking, malware, or unauthorised software
- Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
- Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs for an advantage
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
- Bonus fraud through the use of multiple accounts
- Threatening, harassing, or misconduct towards other players or staff
- Spreading false information about the platform
If evidence of such activities is found, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.
9. Limitation of Liability

- Issues caused by your device or software
- Delays or failures by third-party payment gateways

Limitation of Compensation
In any circumstance, btk77's total liability will be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction. btk77 will not provide compensation for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

btk77 may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:
